In the upper section of the Media inspector, you see the list of media included in the current document.
This column lists the file names of the included media. Sometimes, you see rather strange names which you did not handle yourself. Then these files are generated by the system, e.g. by LinkBack-supporting applications.
This column should basically show a green OK
symbol
which indicates that the medium not only has been included into the
document but also exists on its original path.
When this status symbol is orange, then it indicates that the included medium has not been found on its original path.
When you see the status symbol tinted in red, your document will have a serious issue. Then the formerly embedded file is probably either damaged or no longer in the document bundle.
This column offers a button which shows the page number of the document in which the medium has been placed. Click on the button to quickly switch to this page in the layout view of the document.
