The Text Ruler inspector manages a list of text rulers which you
have created in the document. By default, the list has just a single
entry named Default Text Ruler
.
With a double-click on a text ruler in the list you can call and
edit its parameters. The text ruler parameters dialog is described
below in Add text ruler
