Choose this menu item to set the document grid. A dialog opens where you can assign a color representation, define different raster widths both horizontally and vertically, and define partitioning of the grid. Furthermore, you can define whether the document grid will be shown in the background or the foreground.
If you select the checkbox Draw grid in front
, the page
grid will be drawn after all other page content has been output to the
screen. Thus it is visible over images and other elements which would
otherwise cover the page grid.
