Use this tool to rotate objects, frames and groups on a document page. Firstly, use the "Selection tool" to select the item to be rotated. Then select this "Rotation tool", and cursor will change to a rotation tool:
Now click inside the selected item, and drag it around the rotation reference point with the mouse cursor. You can rotate multiple frames at the same time.
The rotations will be executed in relation to the rotation reference point:
The reference point is placed in the center of a frame by default, and is visible in the document only when the Rotation tool has been activated:
The reference point can be moved. Moving the mouse over it changes the cursor, allowing the reference point to be dragged to a new location:
The frame can then be rotated about that new location:
