Use the Shear tool if you want to quickly shear any frame and its content. When you select it, a tiny rotation grab point is shown – basically at the top-left corner of the current document page.
You can grab and move this grab point to any desired position on the current document page. Or simply click somewhere on the current document page to put the rotation grab point to a new position when the mouse pointer has a thin crosshair form.
Then you can grab on of the four corners of the currently selected frame and move the corner to its new position. This way, you can easily shear a frame in relation to the position of the current rotation grab point.
