Select this tool in order to rotate objects, frames and groups on a document page. The mouse cursor changes to a rotation tool which can be used to click an object's grab point and rotate it by moving the mouse cursor.
You can rotate multiple frames at the same time. The rotations will be executed in relation to a rotation relation point which is placed in the center of a frame by default and is visible in the document only when the Rotation tool has been activated.
